A showstopping cake design should go hand in hand with a flavour that’s just as memorable. I’m passionate about creating wedding cakes that not only look beautiful, but taste exceptional too.

To ensure your cake is every bit as special as your day, I use the freshest, finest ingredients to create flavours that can be personalised to you and your wedding. Each cake consists of three layers of light, moist sponge, filled with smooth buttercream and fruit conserves or curds. For a luxurious taste and a clean, flawless finish, every tier is coated in a generous layer of white chocolate ganache before being iced.

All cakes are produced in a kitchen where nuts, gluten, dairy products and eggs are present.

Vanilla & Raspberry
Light vanilla sponge layered with my signature smooth vanilla buttercream and lashings of raspberry jam.

Lemon
Delightfully zesty lemon sponge paired with luscious lemon buttercream and mouthwatering lemon curd.

Salted Caramel
Indulgent caramel sponge filled with rich caramel buttercream and smooth salted caramel sauce.

Chocolate
Classic moist chocolate sponge with smooth chocolate buttercream.

Lemon & Elderflower
Light lemon sponge paired with delicate elderflower buttercream and lemon curd — sunshine in cake form.

Red Velvet
Moist red velvet sponge layered with vanilla buttercream, perfectly complemented by sweet black cherry jam.
