Planning your cake should be one of the most enjoyable parts of the journey — after all, who doesn’t love cake? I absolutely love designing and creating wedding cakes, and being even a small part of such a meaningful day is a true honour. Every cake I make is thoughtfully designed to reflect you as a couple and the celebration you’re creating.
From here, this page will walk you through everything you need to know about ordering your wedding cake — from the design process and flavours, to booking, timings and what happens next. My aim is to make the experience feel calm, clear and enjoyable, so you can tick “the cake” off your list with confidence.
The Process
The first step is to check my availability. Pop me a message to confirm whether your date is free — if it is, I’m all yours.
If you’re unsure about design or style, don’t worry — that’s exactly what I’m here for. I’ll guide you through the design process, helping you shape a cake that feels right for you and your day, with options that work comfortably within your budget. After our initial conversation, I’ll be able to provide an estimated price. At this stage, I’ll need your wedding date, venue and an approximate number of servings.
To secure your date, I’ll send over an invoice for the £100 booking fee along with my Terms & Conditions. Your date is officially reserved once the booking fee has been paid and the terms agreed.

Before Your Wedding
Around five weeks before your wedding, I’ll be in touch to confirm all of the final details for your cake. Approximately one month before the big day, I’ll send over the invoice for the remaining balance. Then, one week before your wedding, I’ll contact you again to confirm delivery timings and venue details, ensuring everything is in place and running smoothly.
On the Day
On the day itself, there’s nothing you need to do. I’ll deliver and set up your wedding cake before your guests arrive, making sure it looks exactly as planned.
